Minyon Falls

Water drops roughly 100 metres into a deep, palm-shaded gorge at this Nightcap National Park waterfall in the hinterland between Lismore and the Byron Bay coast. An accessible path leads to the lookout platform, where on a clear day the view runs all the way out to the coast. A picnic area with shady trees, tables and toilets adjoins the car park, and walking tracks set out from the picnic area into the surrounding forest.

No public access within 100m of the top of the falls. Access is via Minyon Falls Road only; Nightcap Range Road is closed by a landslip.
