A spectacular lookout perched on the edge of the Grose Valley in the Blue Mountains, with views of Bridal Veil Falls, the tallest waterfall in the area.
Know before you go
The lookout is at the end of Govetts Leap Road, Blackheath, with accessible parking, toilets, picnic areas and an accessible path right to the railing — easy for prams and wheelchairs. It is open all the time but can close in poor weather or on high fire danger days. Five walks start here, including the Fairfax Heritage track, the Govetts Leap descent and Rodriguez Pass. The Blue Mountains Heritage Centre nearby is open 9am to 4pm daily.
