A sheltered lagoon and beach in Royal National Park where a waterfall tumbles from the cliff into a freshwater pool that flows into a calm ocean lagoon. The combination of freshwater swimming under the falls and sheltered ocean swimming in the lagoon makes this one of the most versatile swimming spots near Sydney. Grassy picnic areas and facilities make it ideal for families spending the whole day. Popular on summer weekends so arrive early.

Car park fills early on summer weekends. No lifeguards on duty. Jump from the cliff at the waterfall at your own risk. Bluebottles can wash into the lagoon at times.
