Bush Walk
Grampians Peaks Trail
Grampians National Park, Halls Gap VIC
The Grampians Peaks Trail runs the length of the ranges for 160 kilometres, from Mount Zero in the north to Dunkeld in the south, linking the great rocky summits of the Gariwerd landscape in one continuous multi-day walk. Opened in full in 2021, it climbs through the sandstone peaks and wildflower heath the Grampians are famous for, with hikers' camps spaced a day apart along the spine of the range. Day walkers tackle the celebrated shorter sections - the Pinnacle, the Mount William summit, Hollow Mountain. It is the premier long-distance walk in Victoria, and a showcase of one of the state's most spectacular parks.
